During your first visit to Canady Dental, you will not only have a comprehensive dental evaluation, we will also take a complete health history to assure the quality of dental care we deliver to you.
We are a completely paperless practice, so you will complete your health history on one of the electronic pads we have in the office. Once your history is complete, it will be stored on all the computers in the practice, so everyone has access to your information when you are undergoing treatment. This is especially important to people with certain health risks, allergies and other factors that can affect the way we approach your dental care.
